Beachfront location ideally located just north of Greymouth and south of Punakaiki and the Paparoa National Park, Breakers is a great place to base yourself to explore the region. With so much to see and do from gold and coal mining history, hiking and biking including the West Coast Wilderness Trail and Paparoa Track, fishing, surfing or just relaxing with a meander on the beach and an explore of the rock pools.
In the evening sit back and watch the sun set while you enjoy a glass of wine and take advantage of Jan's homemade pizza offering (advance booking required). Alternatively head down to the local pub in Dunollie for a true Kiwi small town country pub experience and hearty pub food or into Greymouth to sample one of the local eateries. Jan will happily point you in the right direction for your taste buds.
