"Best of the trip! Our stay at Breakers was excellent! First of all, the view from our deck was amazing. I liked just sitting and watching the waves on the water. We got some really great sunset pictures too. After making delicious breakfasts for us (no continental breakfasts here), Jan gave us great tips on what to see and do in the area for the day. You should plan on more than a day here if you can, there’s lots to see. Breakers was the best place we stayed during our trip to New Zealand."

"This place is magical. Incredible views of the ocean. A quick walk to the beach and your own private waterfall a few feet away. The home is lovely, and our room upstairs was quiet, beautiful with huge windows overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed a glass of wine sitting on the deck in the evening listening to waves. The bathroom is stunning, also with a view. Jan is lovely. She is so helpful with travel plans, friendly, full of great energy and makes a delicious breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we had booked for a longer visit. Stephen’s photographs are beautiful. We even got to play with the dogs for a bit. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this piece of paradise."

A lovely person! From their private grounds there is a short track to the sea, where there is also a small waterfall. Too bad time goes so fast, we would have liked to stay here much longer.
