Terms and Conditions

Checkin/out Times

Preferred checkin time is between 3.30pm and 6pm.  Guests are welcome to come earlier by arrangement. We endevour to be here ourselves from 3.30pm onwards but do have to go to town for messages on occassions, so can't always be back on time.   Often we may just be down on the beach walking the dogs.  There is plenty of outdoor seating and guests are welcome to wait.  We will leave a note advising of our return time if we do have to head out.

If guests are going to be later than 6pm for arrival, we would appreciate a phone call - you can call using our freephone number 0800 350 590.

Checkout time is 10.30am.  Guests are welcome to stay longer but must vacate the room so we can begin our cleaning.  There is plenty of outdoor seating, we have our guest lounge that guests can use or our guests are welcome to walk on the beach.  We are happy to store luggage until departure.

 

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy:
No deposit is required to secure your reservation but we do require your credit card details.
Your credit card details are held on file to confirm your booking. Payment will be taken on the morning of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled within 7 days of arrival date or no-show 100% forfeit of total booking.
If cancelled within 30 days of arrival date 25% forfeit of total booking.
We recommend travel insurance.
