ACCOMMODATION AT BREAKERS

DELICIOUS MEALS

Breakfast is included with the room rate and includes a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, homemade yogurt, homemade jams locally made honey and lemon curd, toast, tea, coffee and juice.

We also offer one cooked option with choice of wholemeal pancakes with banana, stewed fruit or lemon honey, homemade yogurt and honey & maple syrup;or eggs benedict using free-range eggs poached and served with NZ smoked salmon slices or NZ cured ham straight from our local butcher served on an English muffin; scrambled eggs or poached eggs served with NZ smoked salmon slices or NZ cured ham. Due to availability of seasonal produce, cooked offerings are subject to change.

Breakfast is served in the main house with times between 7.30am and 8.30am. If you require an early start we can put a breakfast pack in your room ready for a quick getaway. If you are wanting a more leisurely style breakfast, we are happy to serve breakfast in your room, just enquire before you retire for bed.

AL FRESCO DINING

For our summer season, we have put together a small in-house dining menu to enable Al Fresco dining so you don't have to do any more driving if you don't want to. You can take advantage of the wonderful views, sit back, relax and and make the most of your beachfront location.

The in-house dining menu includes antipasto platter, cheese board, homemade pizza, nachos or chicken lasagna with salad. Breakers also has a local beer and NZ wine list, coke and soft drinks available.

Enjoy your meal either outside on the balcony while you watch the sun go down out over the Tasman Sea, or alternatively it can be served in the comfort of your room. Al Fresco dining is available until 7.00pm (served by 7.00pm) unless by prior arrangement so we recommend you are here by 6.00pm to take advantage of this option.

Please note al fresco dining options are only available from November to March (subject to availability). If advance notice is given we may be able to make homemade pizza outside of these months.

Restaurants and cafes are in Greymouth – just a 15minute drive away(14kms). We are more than happy to make recommendations and bookings for you.
