Tariff Range: NZ$215-NZ$355 double occupancy.  Please enquire for any winter specials that may be running between May and September.  We offer Corporate Rates for Business Travellers during our off peak season.  Please contact us for these details.

Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%

Children:
Children are welcome NZ$30 under 12 years of age.  If cot is required, advance notice must be given and charge of NZ$15.00 applies.
Children above the age of 12 are charged full rate.

Smoking:  For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not permitted in the house.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
Due to the small size of our business, cancellations effect us greatly. We will always make every effort to re-book and if successful we will not charge you. We appreciate that unexpected changes to travel plans may occur and we recommend adequate travel insurance to protect you against late cancellation penalties. Breakers is unable to carry losses on behalf of guests that should be covered by a good travel insurance policy. Check your credit card policy and you may find that you are already covered by the card you choose to use. A credit card is required to secure your booking.
